Injustice in the world

Injustice has been an ongoing characteristic of human society for a very long time. In The Jungle, a Lithuanian family battled with it the moment that they came to America. Jurgis and Ona, two characters in the book, worked in the Packingtown district in Chicago for very low pay. Another example of injustice in the book is when Ona was forced into prostitution by her boss. But these are not the only forms of injustice. Racism and discrimmination are also out there. During the 1960s, blacks were at the top of the injustice list. They were wrongfully accussed for crimes and even killed. All of these are forms and examples of injustice and it all proves that injustice is and has always been around.
